Accounting Clerk - Expenses - Immediate start - Permanent position
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Accounting Clerk within a large financial services organisation to work within the accounts department.
The role of the Expense Clerk is to ensure that employee expenses are processed and paid in line with the UK Company Expense Policy.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following
Checking expense claims are in line with Company Policy
Manual processing of expense claims on SAP
Resolution of queries within service level agreements
Open Items reporting
Collation of data for management reports
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
To work as part of a team
Experience in a similar role (preferable)
Experience of VAT (preferable)
Experience of financial processes and systems
Skills and Knowledge
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Working experience of the SAP system
Analytical and numerical skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
Ability to prioritise workload to meet Service Level Agreements
Ability to work as part of a team/be flexible
35 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm
